OB Advisory is seeking to hire County Micro Insurance Coordinators and Champions to boost our capacity to implement a sustainable initiative to distribute agriculture insurance and other risk management interventions that improve farmer resilience. The program will cover the following counties: Embu, Meru, Tharaka Nithi, Elgeyo Marakwet, Uasin Gishu, Trans Nzoia, Kisumu, Bungoma, Kakamega, Siaya, West Pokot, Nakuru, Machakos, Makueni, and Busia. The recruited staff will build farmer capacity and build necessary relationships with complementing partner organisations to encourage adoption and uptake of Agriculture insurance products.
